Any requests should be written on the form. Enclose a check, money order, cash or PAY ON-LINE WITH A CREDIT CARD.
If you purchased your shears directly from Washi Scissor Company and you qualify for Free Sharpening Service, enclose $14.00 for return Shipping & Insurance (per shear, proof of purchase required).
For Washi shears purchased from other sources enclose $30. All other brands - $40.00
