RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Shears must be returned within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Damaged shears are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shears returned in like new condition within the 14-day period will receive a full refund less $9.95 restocking fee (unless the return is a result of our error). Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for return shipping fees.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number and Form unless authorized verbally. Please call or email us to request a return authorization form which will be emailed to you. Write the RA number on your envelope, if we are unable to read your Return Authorization Number on your envelope, your return will not be accepted.

If you are exchanging: Return only the shear you would like to exchange with the authorization form that you will receive from us upon request. If the new shear is priced higher, please include a payment for the difference. We will issue a refund within 5 business days for the difference if the new shear is priced lower. 

If you are returning for a refund: Return the shear along with everything included in the original package in order to avoid any deductions from your refund. Include the return authorization form that we will provide you upon request. We will issue the refund within 2-3 business days after we receive your return. 

SHIPPING

After you place your order, it typically ships within 24 hours. If you place your order after 2pm EST, your order will be shipped the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or nationally observed holidays.

Please note, the above numbers are estimates and are not guaranteed as the mail carrier may experience unexpected delays. Lost or delayed packages must be claimed through USPS and will be replaced at the discretion of Washi Scissor Company. International customers, please note that your country may impose a duty on your package in accordance with the local laws. Please check with your local postal services for more information.
